NEW DEVELOPMENTS
In The Spirit of the season and beyond
A Better Oakland at Work > During the holiday, we made our first donation to the community of Oakland Tennessee. Working with the town management, we were able to pay water bills for 3 families greatly in need of this donation for the month of January. It is our desire to do this for February and March. We must be actively giving back to our communities in order for the people to know that they are not alone during these tough times. If you would like to donate specifically to this cause, our treasurer Vivien, would be glad to take your donation and supply you with a tax deductible receipt. Please tell your friends.
Update: On January 21st the board voted to approve 3 more water bill payments for folks in need.
